The cover features the election mascots, the "Ballot Box Family", namely "Bluey", "Reddy", and "Grandpa White", thanking the general public for voting in the Legislative Council election, symbolizing the whole society working together to create a bright future for Hong Kong. This Thank You Card bears no name and no serial number; every card is identical. Therefore, we cannot use this card to prove whether a specific individual has voted. I could borrow your card, or you could take mine; there is actually no need for that, and we would not do so. Regarding civil servants, we encourage them to vote because, aside from being citizens, they are also civil servants. The Government's organization of this Legislative Council election is a very important task for us. As a civil servant, one should support the Government's work. We will not use the Thank You Card to check if they have voted; rather, we hope every civil servant understands this principle and votes voluntarily.
